Wow...what the heck did you order? I've ordered from them 3 times, things like joysticks, buttons, coin doors, tmolding, bezels, etc...
And every time my order was shipped out the next day, with the exception of the coin door being put on backorder...it went out 1 week later. I suggest you give them a call and ask what's up.
