: Is there a way to swap the x for the y mouse axis in MAME32? I just finished hacking a mouse to a hard drive spinner and the only way the mouse pcb would fit in my panel was to use the vertical axis, but in MAME32, this axis is not registering. It moves the pointer in windows just fine.

: Any thoughts or suggestions?

Mame32 huh?
Here's one way that might work for games that were part of mame 37b12. Try downloading EMU+ and installing it in the same folder as mame32. Run the game in EMU+ and setup the mouse axes the way you want them. Exit EMU+ and start mame32. I think there are links to EMU+ at oscarcontrols.com is not from BYOAC.

Not sure if this will work anymore though.

I have a version of mame call mame:Analog+ that also lets you change mouse axis, but it only works for Analog+. ver58 should go up tonight, I hope. I need to test compiling with the mame32 source and see if my changes still work. Another day for that.
