--->I looked for some command line params too, but didn't find any. But, with an I-pac set to the default MAME config, you can get U64emu to "reset" using just the joystick. I think it was just hitting joy1_left, then start+joy1_left (left to highlight the "reset" button, then start+joy1_left to do an "enter"). This is how I get it to launch from emuwizard.

I've never noticed any sound problems...but the emu is still a bit buggy, it sometimes slows WAY down and I have to quit and reset.
