I always reply to emails without exception, immediately I see them.
I do get several "bounced" replies though, with various errors such as "address not found" "Timeout" etc. This always bothers me as I can imagine the person being annoyed at non-reply but not much can be done.
One of the biggest problems with email is that some ISPs automatically lock out all emails from another ISP if one of the users of that ISP has been spamming. I know this has happened to my ISP at least twice. Hotmail even locked it out once!
As regards shipments, a couple have taken 3 weeks recently to reach US W coast destinations. It seems that mail which has to fly internally in the US is being delayed at the moment owing to all packages being X-rayed.
"Metzer" I will email you again now. If you don't receive it in the next hour or so it has probably bounced again.
: Anyone heard from Andy, maker of the I-Pac, recently? I placed an order three weeks ago, and the charge did show on my credit card statement, but I have received no merchandise. Based upon the very positive comments Andy has received on this board, the mail delay doesn't worry me that much. What does worry me is that he has not returned either of my e-mails this last week requesting a ship date so I can estimate when it will arrive.
: Today my ISP mail server rejected his e-mail address of andy@ultimarc.com when I tried to send him a third request for ship date.
: Is he out of town? Do his shipments normally take 3+ weeks to reach a US destination?
Cheers
Andy
