some monitor troubles :/

Ok, so Ive had my stand up Street Fighter 2 machine for a while.
Its in an original Track n Feild Cab, that was converted to SilkWorm that was converted to Cabal.... that I converted to Street Fighter II Championship Edition.

To make a long story shot, the little circut board the comes out of the tube(aka the neck bnoard) broke, I mean badly, into 3 separate pieces.
How do I go about replacing this? Will any 19" monitor chasis work with my tube?

Ive been told Its a wells gardner chasis and it has 2 little boards that plug into the main chasis. Any and all help is greatly appriciate it!
