Monitor motor?

I'm working on my monitor right now.

It's a vx1100, no case, fixated into a turn plate.

Rubber grooved peices are around skateboard bearings, giving it easy access to revolving 90% in 1 way, hor to ver...

Just working on the motor for it, not sure what to use.?

I was thinking of hacking cdrom drive?

This is where I'm stuck.

Maybe a fan motor?
/one with forward/backward compatability?

What do you think?
