Portrait Support for RD update....

Ok thanks to Afx's post I've tested RD using protrait.... It works great!
Of course the usual limitations for protrait apply. (You have to rotate the screen from within mame too, ect.) But although Rd runs fine, the skins aren't really optimized for a vertical display.(Rd will stretch the skin to fit regardless of orientation.) So here's the deal... If anyone with a vertical cab running win would like to help me out, they can be my beta tester for a special vertical addition of the skinner app..... I'll even make a vertical edition of the Default rd skin to go with it.
