: Can you explain more about the "grounding strip"?

It's just a big hunk of metal that you can screw wires onto. It's a bit easier than trying to splice up the different ground contacts from the KE72. I got it at Home Depot. As Agent Davis said, lots of people also daisy chain their grounds. It's electrically the same effect.

: Also, I tried that method about splicing the inputs together but in tennis 2k2, the down button is being constantly pressed. I tried 2 different mad catz controllers and still get the smae result. Does this happen to you?

Nope. Mine works fine, no constant button presses. If you can't get it to work without the switch, get a switch. It really is much easier and won't cause headaches like this unnecessarily. I got lucky, and just wanted to brag, mostly. There's no good reason why my way works at all (and many reasons why it shouldn't!).

The only real problem you're going to have is getting all four controls wired, as Agent Davis explained. Consider wiring two joysticks on the control panel, and let player three and four use regular DC pads with their nice long cords. It will make for a much less cramped playing situation as well. This is what I've done.

: Thanks for helping

Good luck!
Dan
