I don't think you can do that since DOS is an operating system, not just a program you can copy to or install in Windows XP. Windows Me/9x run on top of DOS.
I guess we'll have to wait for the problem to be fixed.
It's not a big deal to me though, as I don't plan to flash it that often.
Those who do can always run the DOS bootable disk and do it from there.

: Win me and below still had "true" dos right? Would it be possible to copy dos from 98 and run it within 2000/xp by running commamd.com in 98 comp mode? Wierd I know, but hey, it could work.
