i asked a few questions about prices in the buy/sell boards a while ago and thought i would update a bit in case anyone cares. i finally got the pac man cabinetin my possesion. we did a test tonight and the paint (which is covering the original side art) is coming off nicely after a quick test with wet 400 sandpaper. the paint on top is orange and after a bit of sanding a nice bright yellow came thru =) today after i get a few hours of sleep ill go pick up the rest of the stuff i need to clean up all the apint and see whats left of the side art.
the cab has a devistators board/marquee in it and the contorl panel is hacked a bit with 3 joysticks and 2 buttons per side, but the wood panel underneath still shows where the original pac man joystick mounts. all i need is the pbc, marquee,control panel art and the monitor glass =) i cant wait to see it finished up...
even better is that the guy i got all my stuff from (gravitar, a rare hacked sf2 champ pcb and a bad dudes cab) told me hes getting more stuff this week...heheh i wonder what hes getting now? mmm *drools with anticipation*
