Wavy video at top of monitor

I finally got my hands on a Rage Pro Turbo card to stick in the cabinet. I was having no real luck with my Matrox Mystique. (AdvanceMAME didn't want to use it at all) The card seems to work great, but now I have wavy video at the top of the display. I'm sure this has something to do with the timings or something but I can't quite figure out what to change.

I'm using AdvanceMAME .57 with the latest ArcadeOS on a WG 19K7901 monitor (through a JPAC)

Some guidance is appreciated.
