: Tony, I live in southern NJ and have been to almost every US Amusement auction and a few Super Auctions since the beginning of 1999. Personally I prefer US Amusements Auctions mainly because you don't have to be there right during the preview to try out a game you may want to buy, at a super auction you can only check out the games during the preview. However at a US Amusemnet auction if you have your own extension cord you will be able to play and try any games as much as you like as inspection is basically until they auction that machine off. Also the convinience of having the Auction on a saturday is nice, super auctions tend to be during the week at night. To answer your questions you do need to remove your games the night of the auction for both companies. Also bring an extension cord and if you go to the super Auction make sure to get there for the preview if you are looking for working games as they only plug them in long enough to auction them off after that. Also I will probably go THursday night to see what they have if I can get done work early enough.

: : There is an arcade auction coming to my area this week and I'd like to know if anyone's ever gone to one. How do they work? What are some keys to finding a good machine? Do they let you try them out to see if they're working? Do you have to take the machine home that night if you buy it? The particular auction is by Super Auctions... If anyone has experience with these auctions, please let me know (here or email)
: : Also, I'm looking for a 25" cabinet, condition isn't that important... I know prices will vary, but what might I expect to pay (price range) for a 25" cab at one of these auctions?
: : Thanks.
