PC cooling in a cabinet

Hi all,

I've built the system I'm going to use in the cab, and have been doing setup and breaking it in over the last few weeks at me desk. It consists of an Athlon 1.4, 256 megs DDR, 350 watt PS, Radeon 32 meg TV-Out. Right now, it's in a case with plenty of active cooling:

large heatsink, proc fan
2 case fans
1 northbridge chipset fan

The case is completely closed (side panel installed). I was hoping to drop it in "as is" into the cabinet, but am now afraid of airflow. Anyone have any input? Should I at least take off the side cover, or be more worried about dust? I know the proc runs pretty hot, and there will be a 25" TV sitting right over it. Any suggestions/input? With all the money I've been spending, I really don't want to fry my system.
