OT: VPinMame. What is the deal

Hope you don't mind since this is OT but I know there are a few vPinMame people on this board. I am just now getting into Virtual Pinball and it works great. I wish it would be full screen. I just downloaded vPinMame and installed it. But what does it do and how do you use it. It askes for the rom, cfg and other directories. Is this for my Mame directories or new directories for vPinMame. The vPinMame doesn't really even tell you what it is supposed to do.
