multiple video cards ? i need help

i need help, i want to build a mame cabinet. but i want run it without its own computer. has anyone ever made cabinet that just ran off there pc?
ihave a dell 2.o gigs, 512 ram, santacruz turtle beach sound card,
and geforce 3 .i also want to use a tv with s video. do i need a seperate video card (geforce2).thanx.
