Couple of points:
The USB cable for the I-PAC is the same one as supplied with a dual-interface USB/PS/2 mouse. These cables are not normally available unless you buy one of these mice (we get our cables custom made in Taiwan)
The I-PAC can recognise ALL the inputs pressed together, not just 16. The buffer is 16 bytes but that is the number of keystrokes the I-PAC will store if the PC is not ready to read them, not the number of simultaneous keypresses.
: Actually maybe the sent me the wrong one? I can do both. Oops their bad.
: : I wouldn't waste the money on the USB version they sell it just includes the cable. The PS2 version can connnect through USB you just have to buy a cable or use one you have. I thought PS2 worked fine if you get it and don't like it you can get a cable and hook it up through USB.
: : : I have a natural preference for USB, but does it offer any real advantage over good ole ps2? I'm probably sold on the I-pac, but still curious.
: : : Thanks again for the help...
