See the link below for the adapter required. It is an eBay auction but it has the wiring info for the adapter. The auction states that it is the one for the monitor you have but you should probably check the pin assignments before you construct one yourself. I bought my adapter off ebay so I did not keep any pics of the wiring since it was on a web page. Will try to locate the web page or an alternate just to check the info that the auction is providing.
