BobA: In your post there was reference to a diagram to build your own adaptor for the 13w3 to vga, but I was unable to get to this image. Do you perhaps have it saved somewhere that I may get a copy. I would just like to look into what would be involved in making my own before forking out some cash for pre-made job.

As soon as I can get this monitor situation resolved, I can start assembling things, and I can't wait :)
