Wells Gardner U2000 25" monitor question

I'm running AdvanceMame with a Wells Gardner 25" U2000 arcade monitor and would like to know the various monitor spec values to use in setting up the CFG utility. I called WG and they faxed me 25 pages of CIRCUIT BOARD diagrams, with no spec values! The values I need are:

Horz Active
Horz Front Porch
Horz Sync
Horz Back Porch
Vert Active
Vert Front Porch
Vert Sync
Vert Back Porch

I've been using Standard CGA arcade monitor settings, which appear to work fine, except interlace modes get jittery towards the bottom of the screen, but I'd like to make sure I'm not over/underdriving the monitor.
