2 days later and I have my 4way's and ikari warrior joysticks. All brand new and great quality. They even sent a little $5 tool with the ikari joysticks to pop the top off for free!
anyway, VERY happy with their service, products and pricing (11 for a 4way wico and 15 for an ikari joystick). The trackball stuff didn't seem like a super deal, but much better then happs (got new rollers for mine)
