cherryswitch?????

are cherry switch joysticks and microswitch joysticks the same thing. i just ordered a set of old cherryswitch joysticks and they look to have metal prongs like what is used on leaf joysticks. i have a happs super joystick and it doesnt look like the older ones i just purchased....
