ATI All-in-Wonder 128 vs. Radeon 64MB DDR AGP...?

Hey everyone...I have a chance to swap my ATI AIW128 16MB AGP for an ATI Radeon 64MB DDR AGP. Its just the plain radeon, not the 7200,7500, or 8500.

Would there be any benefit to doing this? Would it be any faster at all for MAME? Does the S-Video out quality look better?

I had some issues with getting S-Video working right w/ an nVidia Geforce2 Ti, so I'm kinda gun shy about nVidia right now, and don't want to shell out big bucks for any high-end ATI card. Oh, and this is for a dedicated MAME cabinet, so PC/3d stuff is not important...
