Nope... I tried the Averkey 300 Cold though with the RGBS outs and it wasn't all it was cracked out to be... My S-Video on my Vid card looked better on my TV... was a shame.
However, I did end up picking up a Scan Do Pro scan converter off of Ebay with BNC outputs to Red,Green,Blue,Sync. It is a broadcast quality scan converter, the same one news companies use to show their internet or Doppler radar on your TV.
The quality is simply amazing. I can not explain in words or pictures how the quality looks on an arcade monitor. You would have to see it in person. I do however have a few pics up of Windows running on my Japanese cabinet with a 29 inch monitor up that I took with my E-10 on the ol'website if you want to check it out.
