I have tried TV Out, 21" Monitor, LCD, 27" Eygo Arcade VGA, and my Wells Gardner U3100 19" VGA Arcade monitor, and several computers. I have never got Moon Patrol to scroll perfect without skips (tearing). Other MAME and emus can play arcade games roms without skips. Has ANYONE got Moon Patrol (any rom version) working arcade perfect?
