There are a bunch of examples in the example page (and you can search for rotary crts.
make sure you have space in your cabinet to have the crt diagonally (or the only way to rotate it will be taking it out and putting it back in... ie, hard and a good chance for damage.
btw, I've heard it takes 3-5 times longer then the rest of your cabinet combined. And with a 27" monitor the vertical games will already look great. I got a 27" instead of rotating a 19"
