My buddy just got one outside his house, neighboors moving and they left it there... Said it used to work but now it just turns on - no picture. He said I could have first crack at it if I was interested, otherwise he'll prolly ebay it or sell it... I dunno what something like that is worth though...

Can anyone give me a fair price to offer?
