They are to big to mount into a standard cabinet. But that's not a huge deal. You can take the metal mounting kit off and mount it yourself. I did this by getting 4 2x2's and cutting them diagonally on one end (so looking at the end it's a triangle) for a few inch's (since the screw wholes are so close to the tube itself, I needed something to screw into. Anyway, I then took one in each corner of my cabinet and glued / screwed them into the cabinet and screwed the tube into each piece of wood. This worked for me since my cabinet had the tube at an angle.

So this will be an issue. And you will have to come up with a way to mount the tube.

2nd problem. Shipping. about 1/3 of the people who bought one when I did had huge troubles with them being broken when they got them. This might have been solved on their side, but I'm not sure. They were good about sending out new ones.

3rd. They are imperfect. I get a wavy line on my left side of my screen. Nothing big, or even noticable. But it's there.

4th. I love it. HUGE screen for the price. Looks great! I can play all PC games on it np (but DAoC since it's minimum 800x600). All games look great! has 320x200, 320x240, and 640x480. So it will allow most old mame games to run without stretching (but I stetch them all now since it doesn't seem to matter on my system... and they both look great).

If I could do it all again... I would have gone with a SVideo TV and an ATI card. Why? 2 reasons. If youve seen the spy hunter images from a vga monitor and a tvout and see that greater color depth in the TV. Eygos look like the VGA monitors. You will be getting a new TV for 100 bucks more then a referbished monitor (that you will have trouble getting fixed). If you can fit the TV into a cabinet without removing the plastic case, then you have a warranty. And you will be able to play N64 games, TV, Playstation ect.. from your cabinet.
