I received my Betson/Imperial blue translucent trackball today. It's a thing of beauty! It feels so solid and it will be a great addition to my control panel.
It's got a PS/2 interface, but it's also got four wires. These are just for some kind of alternate connection method, right, like to some kind of optical encoder? I don't need to use them for anything do I?
Also, has anyone ever installed a light underneath one of these to light it up? I think it'd look pretty cool.
Can't wait until everything else arrives.
