Especially if you are a Canadian ordering merchandise from the United States! There are always exorbitant brokerage fees that nobody warns either the seller or the buyer about, and it's a sick feeling when you already paid the seller to ship but you must also pay AGAIN to collect your stuff! And without any advance notice! Insist on USPS, or go with DHL or FedEx.
