Connecting 2 steering wheels (1 for each daughter)

I am attempting to hook up a 2 station steering wheel control panel. I have the first steering wheel working from the PS/2 port. I connected a second steering wheel to the serial port. I have the opti-mouse driver and can install it, but after that how do I assign this serial port control in Mame? I am using dos Mame.37 beta 16. Thanks.
