Nope. I don't remember the seller (and am feeling too lazy to look it up ;) but it wasn't 99estore. If you check eBay, though, you will see that virtually all of the Radeon VE cards listed for sale are third-party.

I don't have any beef with my seller. In the auction, a picture of the box was visible, with the "powered by ATI" logo clearly visible. In the text, he described the card as "powered by the ATI Radeon VE chipset" and nowhere implied that the card was built by ATI. The fault is mine for not having checked the auction more closely before bidding.
