This is great as I continue to respond to myself :).

Anyway, it appears that recompiling the DOS MAME source code with PacFan's fix for Asteroids sounds are beyond my level of technical ability.

Can anyone who has done this perhaps send me the updated MAME code instead?

I would appreciate it!
