Which of these 3 video cards is best for DOS Mame?

My mame cabinet is DOS based and I like to play Neogeo games on it.
It is a Pentium3 500 and has 256 meg of ram.
I'm thinking of using some optimized arcade version of mame because I am using a real arcade monitor.

Trident Blade 3D AGP
IO Magic Geforce 400 MX
Riva TNT 2

I also need the card to be able to drop to 15hz via TSR and I'm sure the Trident can do it but not sure about the others.

I hate to beg....
Please please help!!!
