If you weren't such an jackass, you'd know that the 8-way restrictors accomplish basically the same thing that 4-way restrictors accomplish.

***They help the player get to and keep the joystick at the intended location, so the intended direction is realized. This cuts down on directional errors.

And don't worry about why I am looking for them.
