: : I'm having a problem with my IPAC. When in a game, the shift function doesn't work. I've seen this problem in the past when one of the buttons was wired to the NC tab on the microswitch but this time it isn't the case. When in a game, I can push 1p and 2p simultaneously and get it to escape but the same won't work with the p1 and fire buttons for coins. Any suggestions? This is the seventh cabinet with my seventh IPAC so I hope it isn't a newbie error!

: : (I sent this to Andy at Ultimarc, but with the time difference I was hoping someone could help me stateside)

: : Thanks!

: Hey Doug,

: Did you try deleting your mame default.cfg file? There was a time when my pause feature wouldn't work, but after I deleted the default.cfg file, it worked again. I could have sworn I didn't remap it, but I must have somehow because that fixed it.
