Right now I think the answer is no. The biggest hurdle being that there is not a standard light gun interface that is used.
But, some of your favorite gun games might not use a light gun at all, but instead just use an analog joystick that tracks the guns movement on its pedestal. As far as I know, these games ARE supported just as analog joysticks are.
