Yes it works! :)

All I had to edit in the ini was:
[MAME]
Executable=mame32k.exe
ExecPath=C:\Emu\swordm
CmdLine=%r -quit

Now it is running in my arcade cabinet, and with my own skin! ;-)
I have to agree with Mrhowell: this is one of the best frontends for MAME.

And following Brad's idea, I'll list the features I love/wish.

-Features I love:
1) Fully reconfigurable keys (for all functions)
2) Ability to display various images at the same time
3) Fully customizable interface

-My wish list for EmuWizard:
1) Zipped images support
2) Option to stretch the images when the specified size is larger (like it already does with the background image)

: Certain flavors of mame32 require you to put the -nogui switch in the command line. If emuwizard can do this than your all set!

: : It runs the game you specify on the command-line, but it doesn't exit the GUI after hitting ESC :(
: : I'll look a little bit more into this and post again if I get it working properly.
