Add glaunch to your autoexec.bat. You can either turn boot gui off or not. If you leave it on you'll boot to windows when you exit glaunch if you turn it off you'll boot to dos then type win to go to windows. If you need dos on a floppy format a: \sys will put the basic dos files on a floppy. Or you can go into add/remove programs and create a bootdisk. This is probably the way you'll want to go and just modify it not to load the windows startup. You'll want to go this way to get the memory management functions.
