I know that 3M makes a spray adhesive that is used for insulation (Home Depot), and I'm pretty sure that I saw that it was safe for styrene on the can. Also for the edges you may be able to use the gauntlet stlye T-molding that wraps the edges. they sell it at t-molding.com -betacrash
