I had to hire two kids to run floppy disks back and forth between my neighbors to access THEIR internet. When I get them wired on jolt cola I get around 3bps!
(and yes, its an uphill run both ways for the kids... in snow... and I don't shovel my walk... and I sick the dogs on them just for fun... :)
