WG 3100 monitor price

I've had my eye on a Wells Gardner 19" 3100 on Happ for my mame cabinet, most people recommend it as a great $399 solution...

but today Happ is charging $463, did the price just go up? Maybe their web site's new color scheme costs more, am I looking in the right place?

Is there another place to shop?
