I-Pac and Playing PC Games in Cabinet?

Now that I have my cabinet done I am starting to have a lot of questions. :) I just installed NFL Blitz 2001 and it has its own key setup. This works great. But other games do not like FA Premier League Stars and I want to us my arcade controls to play.

I am guessing that I just need to create a I-Pac cfg file for each game and run that before I launch the PC game right? If this is correct then what are the standard keys for PC games that use a PC joystick for their controls?

Any help is much appreciated.
