I just uploaded the lastest revision of MK40&MK64 support programs.
Included is a driver that lets the programs run on NT, 2000, and XP.
(only 2000 has been tested so far) I have shortcuts setup that set
the default parameters, so you'll need to unzip to c:\mk or change
the short cuts. On a 200MHz machine, I had to run the programs full
screen, faster machines might not need to do that.

On a side note, why won't winzip allow adding shortcuts in the zipfile?
I had to change the extention first. runfirst.bat puts them back.

This driver should work for the I-Pac keymap program as well and I
gave Andy the information about this driver from Beyondlogic.com
