They will look about the same. It mostly depends on when you go buy your cabinet. If you get a great deal on a cabinet with a nice 25" monitor go for it. Or if you can get a cabinet with no usable monitor for so cheap that you can buy a 25" TV that's the way to go. If you set them both up right you should be happy with the results either way.
