Have you tried Game Launcher? It is a dos frontend that is made to work with ANY emulator, that supports commandline based loading of roms...Mame, Nesticle, ZSnes, etc.... I just wish the author would work on it some more. It's the best frontend I have seen for arcade cabinets. But the author doesn't really update it anymore or add features to it. It's a pretty simple frontend, that's why it's so good.

: First of, All these new front ends are getting really nice! You guys have some really great talent to come up with this stuff!

: I just wish someone would come up with something like Mess32 with the Mame32 style GUI that had built in support for all the consoles (including the newer ones, Mess32 stopped at Genesis it seems).

: All I want to do is tell the FE/GUI where the ROMS are for a specific system, and it will work... I'm having no luck configuring bios, etc.

: Mess32 also doesn't run a lot of the systems very well (bad sound, only partial support, etc). Does anyone have a Multi-system FE/GUI that is pre configured with the emulation needed to run most console ROMS?

: If I could operate all systems within a GUI like Mame32 with screenshots and all the other bells and whistles, I would be truly happy. How hard is it to create something like this? Surely the demand must be out there.

: If something like this is available, or someone has configured a current Multi Emulator to achieve this (I'm not great with this stuff!) please let me know. I've tried my best with most of them, and I haven't had great results.

: I know a lot of this has been discussed to the post of nausea for a lot of you, but I've never read about a definitive solution. I truly appreciate any insight that can be offered.

: Greg.
