Well I am with Mike here. Granted, it might have been my Sales Rep I used, but I called saying I need these parts, I was getting one of a few things just to try them. She said, OK. She will call be back with a price quote, and get my credit card info and all that. A week went by and I never heard from her. So I called and told her forget it. That was my experience, :). I got a catalog for free, and it is a nice catalog. I prefer Betson and Happ for my ordering. Both have been pretty quick when responding to emails and very helpful on the phone.
