Could you post a link to the ones you bought?

Thanks,
Jeff

: How to connect your controls to your interface? Well, you can run a lot of wires, or use ribbon cable. But another way to do it is to buy a cable that has identical connectors with different genders on the ends. Then you can cut the cable in half, attach the wires on one end to the controls and the other end to your interface, and then plug the male and female connectors together. This has the advantage of being easily disconnectable, if you ever want to disassemble your control panel for some reason or if your control panel is detachable (as mine is.)

: Buy.com has some great deals on various cables. I just purchased 3 cables with male/female high-density DB-15 connectors (normally used for monitors) for use with my player controls and MAME-control controls, and one with 6-pin mini-DIN connectors (normally used for keyboards) for my coin door. Both types of cables were $1.99 each.

: I'm not affiliated with buy.com in any way... just thought others should know about this opportunity. Shipping is unfortunately a bit steep and eats up some of the savings, so it's a good idea to get whatever else you might need at the same time.
