I did receive a reply from Andy today. Figuring the ISP mail servers are flaky and unreliable, I sent him a message from my work mail server, and sure enough, I did receive a reply.

After reading so many good things about Andy on this and other sites, I wasn't too worried. I may have just panicked a little when my ISP mail server suddenly could no longer reach him.

Damn ISP servers.

: Anyone heard from Andy, maker of the I-Pac, recently? I placed an order three weeks ago, and the charge did show on my credit card statement, but I have received no merchandise. Based upon the very positive comments Andy has received on this board, the mail delay doesn't worry me that much. What does worry me is that he has not returned either of my e-mails this last week requesting a ship date so I can estimate when it will arrive.

: Today my ISP mail server rejected his e-mail address of andy@ultimarc.com when I tried to send him a third request for ship date.

: Is he out of town? Do his shipments normally take 3+ weeks to reach a US destination?
