: I tried all that crap before, and I have never had much luck. Then I got a Rotozip! No foolin, it is PERFECT!!!! I made christmas ornaments with some old plexiglass. the key is the Rotozip rotates so fast it doesnt melt the plexiglass, you dont even need to sand it, perfect clean cuts every time. It does have some trouble with straight lines, but for plexiglass, I have never found a tool more suited to cut it with, I also bought a Dremel version of the rotozip, and it works even better! They are both called a rotary saw and you can get one for around 50 bucks. I laminated my cabinet and cut the excess also with the dremel rotary saw, and the holes for the buttons, it is just the PERFECT tool for Mame cabinets, No BS I dont shill, but trust me, buy it. Dont listen to the $300.00 rounter crowd. Yea it aint a tool that is built to last 20 years, but it is fairly hearty, you break a few bits untill you get the hang of it also.
