I know this isn't a "hot deals" forum but I just found out that the Toshiba 27A41 TV with S-Video is available for $279.99 at Amazon.com with free shipping. I saw the link on slickdeals.net and I was looking for a 27" TV with S-Video input for my cabinet project. It's been used by several people on these forums, do a forum search for 27A41 to see some comments.
It has some features that make it great for an arcade TV, including a good form factor (not too wide, not too deep.) It also apparently remembers which input it was on, and turns on automatically upon receiving power.
Anyway I just ordered one and since many people had good results with it, so I figured I'd share. When you check out you need to select the "saver shipping" option for free shipping. It will probably take forever to ship but it's a good price, the best online prices I could find were around $299 and shipping was generally extra.
